You agree that you cannot and will not: (i) sell, rent, license, sublicense, distribute, assign, or otherwise provide ATK; (ii) decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer ATK in whole or in part; (iii) write or develop any derivative software, attempt to obtain the source code, modify or create derivative works of ATK, any updates, or any other software based on ATK; (iv) provide, disclose, divulge, or make available or allow the use of ATK by any third party without the prior written consent of the Company; or (v) copy ATK.

Any attempt to do so will be considered a violation of these Terms and the rights of the Company and/or other copyright owners. If you violate this restriction, you may face legal action and be liable for damages.

In case of violation of the above requirements, you are responsible under applicable laws and international intellectual property and copyright treaties, and any derivative software you create will belong to the Company from the moment of its creation.

The Company may provide updates, modifications, upgrades, or enhancements (hereinafter referred to as Modifications) to ATK during the License period. The terms of these Terms of Use apply to any such Modification unless such Modification is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will apply.

Using ATK may require an internet connection. The Company is not responsible if you cannot access ATK due to connection problems or the lack of internet access.

Trademarks. The ATK logo is a trademark/service mark used by the Website and/or ATK. Unauthorized use of the trademark, service mark, or ATK logo is a violation of applicable trademark laws and international intellectual property laws.

Copyright. All intellectual property rights to the Website and/or ATK belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws and international copyright laws. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and the translated version, the English version supersedes the translated version.
